Associate - Sales

The incumbent will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products/ services, maintaining relationships with clients, being the key contact between Airmesh & it's clients.  And will also be responsible for expanding the customer base. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects (Business & Residentials customers) and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options 
  • Responsible in handling end to end sales (B2B) & achieving the given targets 
  • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets 
  • Presenting the product or service favourably and in a structured professional manner 
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on current industry trends, market activities, and competitors 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints 
  • Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed the given targets 
  • Expand customer base in territory through cold contacting, networking, and account management 
  • Maintains professionalism and gathers relevant knowledge by attending workshops, training, trade exhibitions & conferences 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Give inputs on forthcoming product developments and on promotions / offer 
  • Maintains quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. 

Desired Candidate: 

  • Qualification: Graduate Degree/ MBA/ in Sales & Marketing  
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the required field 
  • Exceedingly Presentable with excellent communication skills 
  • Good Convincing & Negotiation skills 
  • Should have ability, desire & love for sales 
  • Should be focused in achieving best results through sales 
  • Needs to have a confident, positive & determined approach  
  • Should be resilient and have the ability to cope with rejection 
  • Having high degree of self – motivation & ambition 
  • Has the capability to flourish in a competitive environment  
  • Should be excited to be part of fast growing start up
